Established in 2008, Located in the hustle and bustle of N. Claiborne Ave, New Orleans, Tat Starz Tattoo Shop welcomes clients from all over the U.S. as well as locally. Owner (Black), knows what it takes to run a 5-star rating tattoo shop in New Orleans. He has carefully selected a handful of gifted artists that are not only fantastic artists, but create lifelong art on the bodies of their clientele with passion. When you come to Tat Starz, not only will you receive 5-Star Service from our personable Artists, but we are also willing to work with your budget. Unlike other shops, here at Tat Starz our mission is to create custom art for whatever idea(s) you can imagine
